Many people often say they do not know what they want. Once you get to a certain age, however, I think I would have to disagree. The biggest downfall is not that they do not know what they want; they just do not how to go about getting it. That is strictly just my opinion. A person can spend a lifetime trying to answer the questions that they want answered. They can search near or far, but truth remains…Most of the questions that you cannot find the answers to you already know. They are in your heart. We are mainly only limited by the things we limit ourselves in doing. That is why so many say, when you dream, do not be afraid to dream big. Reach for the stars.
I also believe firmly that there are two types of people in this world. There are those who live their lives doing the best they can with the life and circumstances they are dealt with and then there are those who spend their lives wondering what if… What if I had done this instead of that? What if I had asked him/her out instead of going with someone else? So many of us are guilty of these questions. However, when it comes down to it. We always end up doing exactly what we are meant too. Even if we have to go through rough circumstances and rocky/dangerous roads. We all are where we are meant to be.
Living for today is the best thing to do. You do not know what tomorrow holds. All you have for certain is today. Be glad that you are blessed with that. Cherish it with who you have around you. Reach out to those whom you have lost contact with just to say, “Hey, How are you? I’ve been thinking about you.” They may respond, but then again they may not. That doesn’t mean you didn’t try though. Trying is key to anything and everything. Regardless of how easy or tough it may be. At the end of the day, your satisfaction rate will be higher because you know in yourself that you did try. That is all any one of us can do.
