Morals are such fantastic things to have. When you have morals, you stand for something greater than you do. You believe in things that set you apart from everyone else. What you believe in plays a very important factor as to how you live your life. The route in life and paths you choose to go down are ones that grave those morals into the person who you want to be and will become. If we take, our lives one day at a time (as we should) it would surprise you what can be done in just one day. You can connect with those whom you want to connect with and who want to connect with you. You can achieve many of your short-term goals. Thus, improving the quality of your life in ways you see as beneficial to you. Unlike, my previous blogs, I choose to make this one a little bit different. It will still have my thoughts on things here, but you will also find and read about who I am and why I am the way that I am to an extent.
The obstacles that we face throughout our lives are things that we have to go through. If we would not have to go through then they would not be there to begin with. God has a plan for us all and often we so many times forget that we are His children. There are times we may stray from the path that the Lord has given us, however when that happens things happen in our lives to set us back on the right track. It is never a good thing to take on more than you can handle. You should not try to control things you cannot control because if you do that then you are defeating yourself before you even had a chance. Chances are I struck a nerve in everyone who has read up to this point and intrigued you into wondering what I am going to be typing next. Fact is life can be rather quite simple. Do the best that you can with who you are and what you have, and you will go far. God may not always give you what you want, but He will always give you all that you will ever need.
The insights that we discover and outlook we mold throughout our lives are quite intriguing as to how we get those. I know in all of my other blogs I have mentioned to the extent to be all you can be and do all you can do, but the reason why that is in all of my blogs is because that is the absolute best thing any one of us can do to better our lives. I am going to stay away from that now. Talk about different aspects of how to overcome and get through obstacles that you may be facing.
First off, when you are going through troublesome times turn to God and put your faith in Him and He will help you. Second, do not give up. Giving up is the easy way and is never considered to be good. I agree that if you attempt to do something, continue on doing it, and keep getting the same result, which is one you do not want then perhaps you should re-think what you are doing and how you are doing it and if you exhausted all other resources then perhaps then you should try something else. Life is so short. Too short, to postpone the things you can do after you wake up in the morning. Surround yourself with others who believe in you and are true friends. That is something that will help you in so many ways as well.
Letting Go: Sometimes, this can be the hardest thing anyone can do. I have learned this from my own experiences in life and I find this to be true. If you ever find yourself in a position where letting go of something or someone will ultimately help better yourself then give it some careful consideration. Do not ever look at just your own perspective. Think outside the box, try to look at the situation as someone would who did not know you. Would they make that choice? What choice and decision would they make? Once you have the answer to those questions then it is safe to say you should go with that. Now, going to go back to where I was. As to the beginnings of what it is that gives you insights and molds your outlook; Truly, that is the people you surround yourself with and the effect they have made in your life and knowledge you have gained in knowing what you want and do not want. Then, you just have to figure out how you are going to gain it.
Holding onto something or someone who will not help you be better or help you with growth and warmth and positive outlooks can really be like a crutch in your life. Someone holding you back. Holding you back from who you want to be; from the things, you wish to achieve and accomplish. When it comes down to it…we as a human race are our own worst enemy. We set limitations as to what we can do before we even attempt to do them in the first place so many times. When, in all honesty, we should be open to most things and try everything at least once. In order to broaden our horizons and see what we can and cannot do first hand instead of throwing in the towel before we even get out on the field. Never be too scared to chase your dreams, because you never know what you may discover…something new about yourself or making that dream a reality.
Now, getting back to what I was saying I was going to tell you all. If it had not been for the times and troubles I have faced in my life; then I would be unable to be the person I am today. I must give credit where credit is due. I thank God for blessing me with such a wonderful life. I thank my family for never turning their backs on me when they had so many opportunities to give up on me but they never did. My friends who are like my extended family who have always been there for me when I needed an ear to hear, a shoulder to lean on, advice when dealing with and healing from a broken heart. Whenever I needed someone to talk to my friends have always been there for me, and I will always be there for them as well. That is, the true meaning of friendship.
